Student Memberships are valid January 1 - December 31, or until graduation. Upon graduation, upgrade to an Active Membership for only $30. See upgrade information below.

Indiana Radiology Operators Licenses

The ISDH has recently implemented online renewals for Radiology Operator Licenses at the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency website www.in.gov/pla/. A renewal notice from the ISDH will be mailed to you prior to the expiration of your current license. If you do not receive a renewal notice, contact the ISDH at radiology@isdh.in.gov. Include your current license number, expiration date and current contact information in your correspondence.
