Scholarships

The Henry Konecny, RT(R) Student Scholarships are open to all students in enrolled in an accredited entry level radiologic sciences program in nuclear medicine, radiography, radiation therapy, or sonography in the state of Indiana. Student scholarships are awarded at the spring meeting.  Applications must be postmarked by Jan 1st


Competitions

Students are encouraged to participate in the Richard C Marks, RT(R) and the Mary Knish Jancosek, RT(R), FASRT Memorial Competitions. There are Student and Technologist categorys for each award.   Entry applications for both competitions must be postmarked by July 15th. 

The Richard C Marks, RT(R) Exhibit Competition. A single person or a group may compete in The Richard C Marks, RT(R) Memorial Competition.  There is a monetary award for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners, in addition to a traveling trophy for the 1st place winner.

The Mary Knish Jancosek, RT(R), FASRT Essay Competition for individuals. There is a monetary award for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.  

 

Grants

Grant-In-Aid
A grant may be awarded to support research and teaching in medial imaging sciences.  This money can be used to develop a lecture for an ISRT meeting.

 

Awards

Outstanding Technologist Award
This award may be presented annually to a technologist who consistently exemplifies outstanding values and ethics as a radiologic technologist. Who do you know that deserves this award? A tech who has mentored your? An educator? Nominate them today!!
The deadline for nomination is the first business day of May.

President's Award
This award may be presented annually to a technologist who has demonstrated outstanding devotion to the ISRT. Who do you know that deserves this award? A tech who has mentored your? An educator? Nominate them today!!
